7 luxury apartments in the heartland of the eastern suburbs.
The premise is that each apartment has at least its internal
area equalled by external terraces taking advantage of the northerly
aspect and views.
Units alternatively have pergolas or masonry verandahs to generate
visual interest. The design uses the lift lobby to divide the
building mass, separating access and ensuring total privacy for
each apartment.
