New mixed use development. Development of redundant service station site.
The brief entailed a new benchmark for sustainable design in residential
market. This involved an investment in 'green' initiatives as well as a
space that felt 'green' to occupants.
The project is located on a corner site and features an expansive green
roof percievable driving east downhill towards Bronte Beach.
