Adaptive reuse of existing building stock, including an original
stable building. Original features have been retained and a modern
housing solution 'inserted' to enhance character.
The development consists of 5 residential units, including a
rooftop penthouse with large terraces, and 3 commercial /retail
spaces. Each space is unique, from Cafe Zoe at street level to
the studio apartments with north facing fully private courtyards.
