A new infill building in the heart of Surry Hills Sydney. The building consists of
six floors of individual studios located around a central open void with a glass
fronted lift servicing all levels. Each studio has full height sliding doors to the
facade with a mesh screen covered private breeze-way balcony. The ground floor has an
open and active cafe style address to Foveaux Street.
