This circa 1908 Queen Anne residence had fallen victim to a mismatched
mid 1970's renovation, leaving behind a grand house in need of
some grand TLC.
This house is evidence of 2 years of detailed, thoughtful and
provocative design and building workmanship.
The fully enclosed 17 metre lap pool has starting blocks with
lane numbers IV and V for the champion within us all...
