Melissa Kemp was born in Queensland. She studied Interior Architecture at University of New South Wales with an additional major in Psychology graduating with Honours in 2001.

Whist studying Melissa worked in design for several large corporations. She has also undertaken multimedia design for a number of private clients and has a keen interest in the visual arts having been exhibited in the 1998 Art Express exhibition.

Melissa's passion is the union of landscape and architecture and plans to undertake a Masters degree in this area.
